Science Laboratory II
This practical guide is devoted to fulfill the completion of Science Laboratory II course which aims
to develop students’ laboratory skill as one of essential skill. This skill is necessary to be posed by pre-
service science teachers. The course includes science laboratory skills which are biology, chemistry, and
physics laboratory skills based on Traditional and Computer-based Instructions. Those skills include
content and pedagogical laboratory knowledge that support science education program.
It is intended, in particular, to support science experiments implementation. The content includes
eleven experiments which consist of physics, chemistry, and biology experiment. On the basis of the
intention of this practical guide, it is expected that the students will be competent in the knowledge of
science laboratory in science topics and able to expand it as learning materials.
